To conclude, this work posits that the Arab Spring is a vivid illustration that Africans thirst after change leadership. To be effective, African communal group energy, Cattell’s syntality, must be converted into a social dynamite, a social power of change so powerful that no leader can resist the ripple effect of its change. To cross the Rubicon, group energy must be de- collectivized and de-traditionalized from powerlessness to power-building agent, mentor and dynamite to force change through change knowledge, the why of the change. The adoption of Afrikology an epistemology that recognizes orality as a valid source of knowledge becomes crucial.
