No such equipment provisioned for.

Offices

Office equipment will not generate more than 65 dB(A) at 1 m for heavy equipment (e.g., photocopier) and 55 dB(A) at 1 m for other equipment.

Note: This is to ensure there will not be too much noise inside the premises. Such a prescription is usually left to the tenant.

The usual requirement (in the contract) is for the tenant to comply with community noise control regulations (both for his activity and eventual equipment on the roof).

Shops
