About the Author

Tony Beshara is the owner and president of Babich & Associates, which was established in 1952 and is the oldest placement and recruitment service in Texas. He has been in the business of finding jobs for just about every kind of professional since 1973. Tony has personally found more than 6,700 individuals jobs in the more than 30 years that he has been in the placement and recruitment profession. Tony has personally interviewed more than 24,000 people on all professional levels and has worked with more than 21,000 hiring authorities. The twenty-five recruiters at Babich and Associates use the process that he has perfected, and the firm has placed more than 20,000 people using his system. Tony is recognized by the Fordyce Letter as the #1 placement and recruitment specialist in the United States.

Tony spent three years teaching on the college level and received his Ph.D. in Higher Education from St. Louis University in 1973, before entering the profession.

Dr. Beshara authored a book titled The Job Search Solution: The Ultimate System for Finding a Great Job NOW! He has also created an online course called "The Job Search Solution," a 60-hour program that is loaded with just about everything he has learned since 1973 about finding a job. Tony also hosts a weekly radio show, The Job Search Solution, on KVCE 1160 AM, The Voice of Texas, every Thursday from 1 PM to 2 PM. Tony and his beautiful wife of 38 years, Chrissy, live in Dallas and have four grown sons.
