These should include ground operations and flight areas beyond the anticipated operational flight envelope. the operational area, then the severity of a crash landing might become “catastrophic” and additional mitigation will be needed before the regulatory authority is likely to approve flights. If there are likely to be other local air movements, then impact with other air vehicles is an increased risk and the pilot will need to obtain permission for flight from the local airfield control.
